Main vision as a coach is to develop a solid team with great skills and systems, hard working players with a lot of heart, and team chemistry. Consistent scheduling against the nations top teams will drive our team to be a national contender by keeping us in a mindset that every moment in every game is important, no matter what the players role is.

Personal:
Moved to Florida in 2002 when I was placed in Orlando by a past job.
I run Champion City Sports Company that specializes in Development Camps and Tournaments, Athlete development and Assessments, Personal and Athletic Training, Recruiting and Scholarship Assistance and a Monthly Sports Magazine.

What I love about the University of South Florida Ice Bulls Program is over the past 20 years we have shown to be a well organized and professionally run program that I would love see reach the NCAA Level in the near future.

Jeff G. Konin, PhD, ATC, PT
Athletic Trainer
Dr. Konin is in his 3rd season working with the Ice Bulls. A certified athletic trainer and licensed physical therapist, he is an associate professor in the Department of Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine and also the Executive Director of the Sports Medicine & Athletic Related Trauma (SMART) Institute at the University of South Florida.
